Adding your booking to the TUI travel app is easy: make sure you have your reservation number and the surname of the main passenger at hand.

Count down the days until your trip with the holiday countdown – and share it on your social media. Discover your hotel and destination thanks to our nice overview and some useful tips from our travel experts on site.

After checking in, download your boarding passes and save them on your phone. They are available for most of our flights. Or check out our onboard food and drink menu before you leave.

The TUI Experience Center can always be reached via the app's chat function. The team is available around the clock, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Via the app you can easily book your excursion or activity from TUI Experiences and Musement from the palm of your hand - all excursions available to you are loaded into the app. Select your TUI Experience from the list of available dates and times and consult all the necessary information. Once you have confirmed and paid for your trip, your tickets will be displayed in the app and also emailed to you.

Once you have landed at your destination, it is possible to track your bus and find out where it is parked. And when it's time to return to Belgium, you'll receive a message with all the details of your return transfer.
